Working underneath Noble Communications, Smalling Studios ported the existing HTML website to a WordPress template. The client required the site to be “larger,” and a needs assessment identified the website should be mobile-friendly. Smalling Studios implemented custom HTML & CSS to override the template to enhance the initial design.
